We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Blytheville, Arkansas. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial transactions and a proactive approach to resolving client account issues.

Responsibilities:
• Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process incoming payments and apply them appropriately to customer accounts.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and other account-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for management review.
• Assist in reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
• Support the team in improving accounts receivable processes for greater efficiency.• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in managing billing functions and processing cash applications.
• Strong knowledge of commercial collections and cash collections processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile account discrepancies effectively.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools used for accounts receivable management.
• High level of organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
