$60,000–$80,000 base salary + performance bonuses

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and lead our team with integrity, empathy, and excellence.

Position Summary

The Administrator is responsible for the overall management and growth of the agency. This includes regulatory compliance, staff supervision, client satisfaction, financial performance, and business development. The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience in home care or healthcare management and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with AHCA and state regulations.
• Manage and support office and field staff, including scheduling, performance, and training.
• Oversee client intake, care coordination, and service quality.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and billing processes.
• Maintain licensure, policy manuals, and quality assurance programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, families, and community partners.
• Drive growth initiatives, including marketing and community outreach.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and oversee audits or inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of leadership experience in home care, home health, or healthcare management.
• Strong knowledge of Florida AHCA regulations and private duty home care operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage teams, budgets, and operational priorities effectively.
• Compassionate leadership style and commitment to exceptional client care.
