As we grow, we’re looking for team members who are driven, reliable, and ready to roll up their sleeves.The Opportunity:We’re currently hiring an Operator, Assembly at our EMI Porta location in Arlington Heights, IL. This is a hands-on, fast-paced production role that’s critical to our operations. If you’re someone who takes pride in building things the right way, follows processes with precision, and thrives on being part of a hardworking team—we want to hear from you.You’ll work closely with the Production Supervisor and your teammates to assemble mechanical components, troubleshoot issues, and help keep things moving smoothly.
