Job Title: Bank Teller - Garrisonville, VA (GAR)
Job Description

As a Bank Teller, you will offer members and prospective members a full range of products and services, including depository accounts, lending products, and credit/debit cards.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and prospective members with depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust, and estate accounts.
• Provide information and services related to lending products and credit/debit cards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform administrative duties as required.

Essential Skills

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with cash handling
• Proficiency in account management and administrative tasks
• Knowledge of banking and finance
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience and confidence in interacting with people
• Ability to think creatively and provide alternative solutions
• Not afraid of rejections and confident in oneself
• Some knowledge or prior experience in banking or financial services

Work Environment

Work on-site at the branch with a schedule from Monday to Saturday. Enjoy flexibility with one day off during the week if working on Saturday. The environment may require standing or sitting, depending on business and member foot traffic.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Stafford, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
