Nami Nori Williamsburg is looking for an experienced, highly personable and driven Bartender with a passion for food, beverage, and hospitality to join our team! This is a full time position, days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday nights and Saturday, Sunday brunch is the current schedule needed).

Nami Nori is the first to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City. Our mission is to create a devoted fan following for temaki through “omotenashi”, the Japanese art of gracious hospitality. We are committed to creating great experiences for both guests and employees alike.

ABOUT YOU

• Passion for cocktails & mixology
• Knowledge of wine & sake
• Ability to create rapport with guests
• Flexible availability (able to work nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills & teamwork
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Experience with non-verbal communication
• Comfortable performing regular inventory and managing/completing an extensive prep list
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
• Exceptional team player
• 2+ years of Bartending experience (high volume NYC restaurant experience preferred)
• Previous experience with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems
