Base pay range $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Ascendo Resources Business Development Executive | Finance & Accounting | Digital Transformation About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Bookkeeper who is fluent in Italian to join one of our clients, a leading manufacturer of high-quality packaging solutions. This individual will play a key role in managing daily office operations while handling the companys bookkeeping responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing financial transactions using QuickBooks and Fishbowl. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP) , Accounts Receivable (AR) , and invoicing Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular reports Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closings Utilize QuickBooks and Fishbowl for financial tracking and inventory integration Coordinate office operations, supplies, and vendor management Support payroll and benefits processing in collaboration with ADP Serve as a bilingual point of contact for Italian-speaking clients or vendors Perform general office administrative duties as needed Qualifications: Fluent in Italian (verbal and written) +5 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or office administration Proficiency in QuickBooks and Fishbowl preferred Bachelors Degree (domestic or international) preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Experience handling confidential information with discretion Health insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Accounting/Auditing and Administrative Industries Manufacturing and Packaging and Containers Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ascendo Resources by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Get notified when a new job is posted.
