Responsibilities:
• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, efficient manner
• Maintain a strong understanding of kitchen operations, food cost, and portion control
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure accuracy in the order process
• Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Provide information about menu items and specials
• Assist in setup and breakdown of the breakfast area
• Work as a team with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
• Must be able to start at 5 AM
• Personable and approachable
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Team player with a positive attitude
