We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented professional to partner with our 7-person leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support — you will be directly involved in driving efficiency, supporting decision-making, and contributing to strategic initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team, supporting both day-to-day operations and longer-term strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional presentations and reports for executive and board-level audiences.
  • Create and maintain analytical reports and Excel models to support decision-making and business performance tracking.
  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, and streamline scheduling to maximize productivity.
  • Coordinate and optimize complex domestic travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Organize leadership offsites, team events, and cross-functional meetings, ensuring smooth execution of logistics.
  • Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and vendor management with accuracy and discretion.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing leadership with professionalism.
  • Drive special projects and ad-hoc initiatives on behalf of executives, ranging from process improvements to cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced coursework in business, communications, or related fields a plus.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in operations, consulting, project management, or executive support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or partnering with senior leadership or C-suite executives.
  • Exposure to board-level presentations and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, and charting).
  • Familiarity with travel and office management systems.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, corporate, or high-growth environment .
