We have two locations in Waikiki and one at The Kahala Hotel.

Join Our Team

We’re seeking hardworking, team-oriented Bussers to support our award-winning service team. This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn restaurant operations and develop hospitality skills — including tableside presentation , which we will train you on!

Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests
Refill water and assist servers with beverage and bread service
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including floors and service stations
Assist with food running, delivering dishes promptly and accurately
Support servers in providing an exceptional dining experience
Restock silverware, glassware, and other service items as needed
Learn and perform tableside presentation for select menu items

Qualifications

Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
No prior experience required — training provided
Flexible availability for lunch and dinner shifts (weekends a plus)
Bilingual Japanese/English a plus — passing a linguist test may result in higher pay
