We are currently seeking a Call Center Customer Service Manager to join our team. The Call Center Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team. This role involves managing staff, optimizing performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving strategic improvements across all call center activities. for more information about the role, please call 818-703-8818.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer service representatives and supervisors.
+ Monitor call center performance metrics (e.g., service levels, call quality, response times) and implement action plans for improvement.
+ Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and resolution-driven focus.
+ Analyze data and generate reports on customer service performance and trends.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to improve customer satisfaction.
+ Develop and implement training programs to enhance team effectiveness and knowledge.
+ Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
+ Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow to meet service demands
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a call center leadership or management role.
+ Strong leadership and people management skills.
+ Proven track record of achieving KPIs in a high-volume call center environment.
+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
+ Proficiency in CRM systems, call center software, and performance tracking tools.
