We are seeking compassionate Bilingual and Mandarin speaking Caregivers (PCA) to provide support to our senior population! You will be responsible for ensuring that our participants receive the highest level of care possible in the comfort of their own home. We have multiple positions available to aide participants who reside in Oakland, San Ramon, Berkeley, Pleasanton, CA and surrounding areas! Responsibilities: Travel to participant(s) home to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as: Personal Care Services: bathing, dressing, toileting, lift, transfer Meal Preparation: prepare and clean-up Daily Living Services including, but not limited to, laundry and grocery pick-up, wipe down, dusting, take out trash Communicate all incidents, injury, or changes in participant’s condition to supervisor; act and respond quickly in case of emergency Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience Weekend Availability Bilingual Mandarin speakers preferred Pass Criminal Background Pass Physical - TB Test Reliable Vehicle, Driver's License, Auto Insurance Pass 4- Panel Drug Test (No THC Testing) BLS/CPR/First Aid - American Heart Association Smart Phone and Email Address Benefits: Family Focused Atmosphere $100 Referral Bonus (Conditions Apply) Free BLS/CPR/First-Aid Certification Flexible Hours and Shifts Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401 (k) for full-time caregivers Pay Rate: $21.00
