Job Description
We are a young, family-owned business that's growing fast. We pride ourselves on a supportive environment and really looking out for our team. So, while we might not have formal benifits, we make sure everyone feels equipped and valued as we grow together. We are hiring at a starting pay $27 to $35 an hour. This is a 1099 position, and you must have reliable transportation. While we do require some small tools, we help our team members get what they need. We take care of our people in that way. In a nutsell, our goal is find team members who can grow with us,eventually stepping up to lead and manage their own crews. We're looking for peolpe who are ready to become crew leaders and help us continue to build a strong, supportive team.
