About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, providing leadership and direction for all financial operations. This includes ensuring the organization's financial strength and long-term sustainability through sound fiscal management, strategic planning, and disciplined execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial management and reporting, budgeting, and financial planning, and will serve as the primary liaison for contractual and funding matters. The CFO will also play an integral role in the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the development and implementation of the organization's mission, vision, and strategic plan.
Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance, with 8-10 years' of experience in financial management. A Certified Public Accountant designation is a plus. The role requires excellent management, supervisory, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in database and accounting computer application systems. The CFO will be expected to have strong communication skills and the ability to form supportive relationships with various stakeholders.
