About the Role

Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 5-7 years' of experience, with a background in a top-tier consulting firm or investment banking, and ideally additional experience in a strategy, product, or business operations role at a tech company. The role requires exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage executive-level priorities. Experience in strategic planning and a proven track record of utilizing AI-driven tools for operational efficiency are essential. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to travel regularly with the CEO, sometimes on short notice, and a preference is given to candidates residing in the California, Bay Area.
