Johnson Brothers is a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, delivering exceptional service since 1953. The company is currently looking for a Class A Delivery Driver to join their Delivery Team in Raleigh, NC. The Driver Swingman plays a vital role in the delivery process by covering routes and making pallet deliveries. The position offers great benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 am until completion or as business needs dictate. This is a labor-intensive role requiring moving products repeatedly throughout the day. Responsibilities include making deliveries to warehouse clubs or specialty wine shops, checking in merchandise and managing route paperwork, and assisting other drivers on routes. Requirements include having a Class A or B license, a good motor vehicle record for at least 3 years, a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to obtain an ABC Wholesale Salesman Permit, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and use hand trucks, pallet jacks or carts, computer literacy, and passing a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and post offer physical.
