Role Expectations

Technical Expertise: Must be an expert in the technology stack, including Azure, AKS, Java backend, and MySQL databases.
System Integration: Should have a strong understanding of how the system components tie together and how AI capabilities will be integrated into the platform and tech stack.
Leadership: Needs to demonstrate leadership skills to drive execution and collaborate closely with technical leads on both sides.
Platform Flexibility: Should have broad knowledge of contact engine technologies, with current emphasis on Google CES, but adaptable to future changes.
CES Experience: Some expertise in Google CES is required, but depth can vary as the platform may evolve.
