Construction Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of bridge and road construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards while effectively communicating with stakeholders and leading project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other parties involved in the project to ensure all requirements are met.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and financials, including tracking costs and forecast budgets.
• Develop and implement project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial records effectively.
