Job Description

Yardi is seeking a Consultant with expertise in SelfStorage operations and SaaS implementation. In this role, you’ll lead software implementations, analyze client needs, resolve system issues, advise on best practices, and build strong client relationships while delivering training and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth deployments and long-term client success. The ideal candidate has Self Storage operations or SaaS client success experience, along with strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the flexibility to travel up to 80%. What You’ll Do: Lead the way on software implementation and configuration, turning big ideas into seamless, working systems. Perform or assist with testing, data mapping, conversion, user training, and other services to ensure successful software deployment. Train clients on how to use software solutions to improve accounting and business operations, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement. Keep consulting projects on track while building lasting, trusted relationships with clients. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Five plus (5+) years of experience in software or business process consulting or equivalent consulting experience interacting with customers Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints Proven client-centered commitment and focus Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Independent, sound decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Client-centered commitment and focus Excellent interpersonal skills Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative working relationships with all levels of employees and clients Ability to think and act strategically by visualizing new possibilities, challenging assumptions, and recommending the implementation of new ideas or strategies Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications Ability to travel up to 80% Ideal to Have: Knowledge of applicable industry or business supporting Real Estate runs on Yardi.
