Location: North Iowa, located two hours north of Des Moines, IA, and two hours south of Minneapolis, MN.

Facility: A 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital: 300+ employed providers- Including primary care, Neurosurgery, Cardiology, General Surgery, Ortho Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Plastics, Bariatric Surgery, OBGYN, Pulmonary/Critical Care, Neurology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Infectious Disease, Palliative Care, Urology, ENT, GI, Nephrology, Endocrinology, Psychiatry, and so much more!

Opportunity:

• Looking to bring on 4 CRNAs to join their team!
• Under limited supervision, the CRNA will perform clinical duties under the direction and supervision of the department Medical Director, Anesthesiologists, Surgeons and other attending physicians. The selected candidate will maintain professional credentials, clinical knowledge and skills and physical status capable of delivering safe and effective anesthesia care. The CRNA will perform all types of cases except transplants. There is a team approach to anesthesia with the CRNA administering regional anesthesia as well as general and Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC).
• A local Anesthesiology private group will provide support and work as a team.
• Physician support before, during, and after each procedure
• Full-time hospital employed position with excellent benefits
• Flexible scheduling
• 5-6 calls a month, 1 holiday call per year, post call day off
• All surgical procedures available, except transplants; limited peds; support OB, Cath Lab, and ED
• Services provided include: nerve blocks, no pain management anesthesia, and oversight of some endoscopy procedures
• Qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program

Compensation:

• 34 days of PTO/year
