Job Title: Customer Support Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving customer support processes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing administrative assistance to our Field Service and Field Sales operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing company that values customer experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective support via email, phone, and CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring details are logged in the Salesforce system.
- Manage field service dispatch, in-house repair depot and ordering of parts.
- Coordinate service contracts and sales quotations
- Process RMA's
- Manage Loaner and Demo/show unit
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years previous experience in customer support or administration, preferably within technology-based companies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage demanding situations.
- Proficient in using CRM, ERP systems and Microsoft Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset.
