Job Description

This is a remote position.

McKeenix is seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Operator to support daily data processing, information maintenance, and documentation workflows. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from a professional home-based environment while contributing to critical operational functions. The ideal candidate thrives in structured tasks, maintains exceptional accuracy, and is comfortable communicating through digital channels in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and validate large volumes of data into internal systems with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.

Review digital documents, client submissions, and source files to ensure completeness before processing.

Perform routine data audits to detect discrepancies, outdated information, or formatting errors.

Organize, categorize, and label digital files to support efficient retrieval and system structure.

Maintain logs of daily entries, corrections made, datasets received, and tasks completed.

Communicate with supervisors and cross-functional teams using remote communication tools to clarify information or resolve data questions.

Follow standardized procedures for naming conventions, file management, data formatting, and verification practices.

Support reporting tasks by preparing summarized datasets or exporting information requested by analysts or managers.

Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive documents and comply with company privacy expectations.

Adapt to updated systems, workflow changes, and new data platforms as McKeenix continues to evolve technologically.

Manage assigned work independently while maintaining productivity expectations in a remote environment.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certification in office administration is a plus.

Previous experience as a data entry operator, typist, clerk, or administrative support professional — including remote work experience.

Strong typing speed (50+ WPM) with excellent precision.

Proficiency with spreadsheets, word-processing software, and database platforms.

Ability to remain focused during repetitive tasks and maintain high accuracy over extended periods.

Strong communication skills for collaborating within a remote team setting.

Reliable internet connection and a workspace suitable for full-time remote productivity.
