Job Description
Looking for experienced customer service individuals to assist a busy claims team with phones and data entry. You would be responsible for reviewing returned claims and looking up or calling for a new address. Once the address is confirmed, update the provider database, cancel and reissue in the vendor database and cancel and reissue the check in the claims payment system.
MUST LIVE IN THE OMAHA, NE METRO AREA! Qualified candidates must have previous longevity in recent positions, and have a background in both data entry and customer service. This position is remote, candidates must have a dedicated quiet workspace and high speed internet. Equipment will be provided.
Monday to Friday with desirable daytime hours, No nights or weekends! 9-5:30p
$20/hour
