Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain followers.
Optimize website content and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine ranking.
Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Create email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Knowledge of real estate markets in California, particularly the South Bay area.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $24,000 - $65,000 per year.
