We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Troy, Michigan. This on-site position will focus on driving marketing strategies, enhancing client engagement, and optimizing digital campaigns. As part of a creative and fast-paced environment, you will play a critical role in managing marketing tools, creating impactful content, and supporting internal communications to align project goals with marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain HubSpot and ZoomInfo platforms to track leads and execute outbound campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads based on experience.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment from lead generation to project completion.
• Create marketing materials such as presentations, collateral, and pitch documents to support client outreach.
• Represent the company at industry events to foster connections and build partnerships.
• Assist in gathering and organizing project details to support internal communications and client updates.
• Optimize digital workflows for lead nurturing, reporting, and maintaining data accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools to enhance digital marketing efforts.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B or event-related industries.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other marketing automation tools.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable representing the company at client meetings and networking events.
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as PowerPoint or Canva is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SEO, email campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.
