An international real estate investment firm with a rapidly expanding U.S. portfolio is seeking a seasoned Director of Property Management to lead operations for a premier mixed-use development in Downtown Los Angeles. Your new role

As the Director of Property Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, manage third-party vendors, and collaborate closely with ownership and development partners to ensure the asset performs at the highest level. Your focus will include operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, financial performance, and long-term strategic planning.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing commercial real estate assets.
  • Demonstrated success with mixed-use portfolios (retail, office, hotel experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership in operations, facilities, and asset management.
  • Skilled in project management and working with developers and ownership groups.
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements and optimize building performance.
  • Deep financial acumen with a focus on NOI growth and long-term value creation.
