We are seeking a highly adaptable and reliable professional to join our team at our Olathe, KS facility. This role is critical to our operations and will require a strong commitment to on-site presence, schedule flexibility, and compliance with government security standards.

Key Requirements:

• Local Availability: Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of our Olathe facility. Due to the on-site nature of the work, remote or long-distance arrangements are not feasible.
• Security Clearance: Applicants must either already possess, or be eligible and willing to obtain, a U.S. government security clearance. This is non-negotiable, as the position involves handling sensitive information and operating in a secured environment.
• Flexible Scheduling: The successful candidate must demonstrate flexibility to work across varied shifts, which may include daytime, evening, or overnight hours. Rotating or non-standard schedules may be assigned based on project demands.
• Contract Duration: This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a longer-term opportunity, dependent on performance and evolving business needs.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A proactive and dependable work ethic.
• Excellent adaptability and comfort with dynamic schedules.
• Experience working in secure or regulated environments (preferred but not required).
• A willingness to undergo the security clearance process if not already cleared.
