About the Role
We are seeking a visionary engineering leader, to lead user management and trust & safety engineering efforts. You'll shape technical strategy, build high-performing teams, and foster innovation while partnering closely Product, Legal and Marketing teams.
The ideal leader would have a strong builder mindset, can drive exceptional high-quality execution with a lean team, integrate AI throughout our development approach, and skillfully balance maintaining existing systems while evolving our architecture for the future. Ideal candidates would have prior experience with user identity, user authentication, user profile management, user privacy, social community capabilities and ability to build backend service + APIs for easy client development.
As a startup, it is critical that the leader thrives in moving with agility and has strong adaptive leadership.
We’re happy to share that this is an onsite position in our San Francisco office. To help foster team collaboration, we require that employees be in the office at a minimum of three days a week : Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and as needed by your manager or the company.
