Our client, a leading financial services organization located in North Carolina, is seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to join their team. As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will be part of the Risk Management Department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to risk management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Enterprise Risk Manager

Location:  Raliegh, NC

Pay Range: $65/HR W2

What's the Job?

• Develop, implement, and manage the bank’s enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks that may impact the bank.
• Prepare detailed risk reports and dashboards for senior management and the board.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key advisor to senior management on risk-related matters.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.
• Proficient in data analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) is preferred.
