As a Logistics Sales Representative you will source leads, make cold calls, and build lasting relationships with customers and carriers. Key Responsibilities Source and qualify leads using ZoomInfo and internal platforms. Make 60+ outbound calls per day or achieve 6 hours of talk time. Identify decision‑makers and build strong customer relationships. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Collaborate with a close‑knit team to meet KPIs and drive revenue. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM tools. Adapt to coaching and feedback to improve performance. What We’re Looking For Must‑Haves: GED or higher (no degree required).
