💼 What You'll Be Doing:As a Marketing & Sales Associate, you’ll bring leading brands to life through face-to-face customer engagement and event marketing:
Coordinate and execute live events, in-store promotions, and community outreach campaigns
Represent major brands at retail locations, pop-up activations, and local marketing events
Engage customers directly to promote products, answer questions, and generate leads
Support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and retention efforts
Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets and maximize campaign success
Attend regular sales and marketing training sessions to boost your skills and confidence
Collect and report customer feedback to improve future campaign strategies
Local candidates preferred with immediate availability a plus
High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Strong communication skills with a naturally outgoing personality
Energetic, reliable, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment
Comfortable engaging in face-to-face interactions with the public
Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
