Salary: $28-$36 DOE

We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator

Minimum of 5 years experience operating an excavator

MUST have valid drivers license and clean driving record

Bison Excavation is a contractor who specializes in luxury home and commercial excavation, backfills, utility installation and rock wall construction as well as mass earth moving projects. Our work is primarily located in the Park City and greater Summit County area.

This position would include but not limited to performing the following tasks:

• Safely operator an excavator of varying sizes. Operator must be willing to learn and/or show ability to dig to grade per plans, load dump trucks, spread materials, backfill, and use compaction equipment.
• Individual must be willing to operate other types of equipment such as loaders, skid steers, dozer etc.
• Willingness to perform manual labor tasks such as raking, shoveling, placing pipe etc.
• Learn and/or show the ability to read and follow construction plans.
• Schedule materials and utility inspections as needed.
• Fuel and grease equipment.
• Individual must be accountable and perform daily tasks without supervision.

Must display ability to operate an excavator efficiently and safely. The qualified operator will need to have some experience and knowledge of residential home construction, excavations, backfills and utilities.
