Job Summary and Qualifications As the Financial Analysis Assistant Director, you are responsible for performing duties as assigned by the Financial Analysis Director. You will provide oversight into designing and developing analyses to solve complex operational and financial problems. You will work closely with the Director to research and provide insight into operational and financial performance and develop the overall strategy of the Financial Analysis department.
In this role, you will: - Assist in the oversight of translating business reporting requirements to Financial Analysis Manager and development staff
- Assist in the oversight of analysis and delivery of Uncompensated Care projections
- Assist in the oversight of net revenue impact communications and month end explanations of net revenue swings
- Have oversight of Financial Analysis department MOR
- Understand Revenue Cycle operations and technologies currently in place
What qualifications you will need: - Bachelor's Degree with focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other Business related field required. Advanced degree such as MBA preferred.
- Minimum five years' experience in related area with two of these years being healthcare management experience. Relevant education may substitute experience requirement with SSC Executive approval.
