POSITION – General Production / Shred Department
JOB LOCATION – Belgium, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday 3:00pm – 3:00am (overtime available)
STARTING PAY – $20 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – None, willing to train
As a Production Worker in the shred department, you will assist in processing cheese products, performing hands-on tasks, and supporting Spanish-speaking employees as a bilingual liaison to ensure strong communication on the floor.
