Job Description
Tenth Revolution has partnered with a Food Manufacture to find a Food Production Supervisor.
The bilingual Food Production Supervisor (Spanish/English) will lead daily operations on the production floor. This role is responsible for overseeing production staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and meeting production targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and experience in food manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety goals
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of production workers, ensuring clear communication in both Spanish and English
• Monitor production lines for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, SQF)
• Ensure proper handling, roasting, seasoning, and packaging of nut products
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow
• Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and inventory logs
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to reduce waste and downtime
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Operations, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or production environment
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of food safety standards and manufacturing best practices
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production tracking systems
