Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Footwear Color Designer who blends creativity, color expertise, and strategic storytelling to elevate the consumer experience through impactful color design. You will play a key role in shaping trend-relevant, narrative-driven color solutions that align with category strategies and consumer insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in color/material design, preferably within footwear.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, dye processes, and color application.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote on Mac.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• A deep passion for color, fashion, design, and sports culture.
• Understanding of the footwear creation process is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute color stories at the product and collection level.
• Translate consumer insights and cultural trends into compelling color palettes.
• Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to ensure color accuracy and achievability.
• Create blocking strategies and seasonal color flows that balance business drivers and innovation.
• Review samples, troubleshoot color issues, and manage corrections for production.
• Support team with additional color design needs as required.
