Full-time Description The FP&A Analyst will support key financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data visualization. This role will work to create meaningful insights for the business and contribute to strategic decision-making. A strong focus will be placed on leveraging Power BI for reporting and data analysis. Requirements • Budgeting Support: Assist in coordinating the annual budgeting process, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and analysis. • Forecasting and Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting activities. • Variance Analysis: Analyze budget, actual, and forecast variances, identifying key drivers and trends to share with stakeholders. • Reporting and Visualization: Collaborate with the FP&A team to prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, utilizing Power BI to create dashboards and data visualizations. • Data Management: Support the consolidation and analysis of financial and operational data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making for senior leadership. • Process Improvements: Assist in identifying and implementing process and system improvements to enhance FP&A efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role. • Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, nested functions, etc.). • Familiarity with financial planning software such as Adaptive by Workday or similar tools is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.
