Full time Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity – Eastern Oregon
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and flexible Emergency Medicine physician to join a supportive and dedicated team in a Level IV Trauma Center located in beautiful Eastern Oregon. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who values work-life balance, enjoys a collegial team environment, and is looking for schedule flexibility in a full-time, permanent position.
Compensation & Benefits:Total compensation over $405,000+ , including:
Up to $50,000 in quality incentives
RVU bonus eligibility (current providers are on track to meet thresholds)
$30,000 commencement bonus
$8,000 annual allowance for CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions

Level IV Trauma Center
71 total 24-hour shifts per year (~6 shifts per month | 0.81 FTE)
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant support during peak hours (10 AM – 10 PM)
Average 34–38 patients per 24-hour shift
Approximately 13,000 annual ED visits
