Set talent strategies, building and developing a team focused on customer service and brand vision. Recruit, retain, and coach high-performing talent through continuous feedback. Train and educate staff to enhance skills and capabilities. Maintain productivity standards through effective process management, including inventory and shrink control. Champion the use of new technology to support innovative selling techniques and shopping experiences. Uphold all company policies and procedures. Provide feedback to cross-functional partners, identifying high-profit opportunities and market trends. Ensure store standards exceed expectations at all times. Create an inclusive environment aligned with Ralph Lauren’s core values and cultural focus. Qualifications include a college degree or equivalent, retail management experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred, strong communication skills, physical ability to maneuver around the store, operate the register, and work flexible hours including weekends and travel as needed. Proven success in building relationships and business acumen are essential.
