Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer specializing in Packaging & E-commerce. Based in Brooklyn, NY, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling packaging and high-converting e-commerce assets. While packaging design is essential, a significant portion of this role focuses on advanced photo editing and e-commerce asset creation. You will be responsible for transforming raw product photography into polished, market-ready visuals. Daily tasks include:

• Photo Editing & Retouching: High-end retouching, color correction, and compositing of product images to ensure they meet professional standards and marketplace guidelines.
• Amazon Asset Creation: Designing high-impact "Main/Landing" images on pure white backgrounds, creating informative secondary images (infographics/call-outs), and designing lifestyle imagery.
• A+ Content: Conceptualizing and designing engaging A+ Content layouts that drive conversion.
• Packaging & Branding: Designing product packaging, developing brand elements, and creating print materials that align with brand identity.
• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and utilizing typography to communicate brand messaging effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio showing e-commerce work.
• Advanced proficiency in Photo Editing (Photoshop).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong Typography skills and proficiency in Logo Design/Branding.
• High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Previous experience in packaging & e-commerce is highly beneficial.
• Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000
