LHH is recruiting immediately for a full-time Head of Marketing, Media, and Creative for one of our long standing clients in the FinTech category. This is your chance to join a growing organization with an amazing team and culture!

Location: Remote with travel into Chicago up to 5x per year or as desired for business needs.

Compensation: Up to $250K base + bonus

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, Design, or similar.
• 7+ years in marketing, brand, or media roles, with 3+ years in a leadership or people management capacity.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary creative and marketing teams.
• Strong background in digital marketing, email marketing, and content production.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements, regulatory review cycles, and disclaimer practices in regulated industries
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and team development skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-brand environments.
• Background managing broadcast/on-air content or high-visibility media channels.
