Job Description

Job Title: HR Solutions Representative

Location: Draper, UT 84020

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for HR-related questions, ensuring a positive and responsive experience for employees and leaders.
• Manage day-to-day HR service delivery, resolving moderately complex issues via phone, chat, and service portals.
• Own cases from initiation to resolution, escalating when necessary while providing continuous updates to stakeholders.
• Execute HR administrative processes for assigned service areas, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize internal documentation and knowledge management systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to guide inquiry resolution and task execution.
• Identify trends and share insights to improve processes, reduce inquiry volume, and enhance the employee experience.
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of HR knowledge base content.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of HR administration or experience in a shared services environment (Required)

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience supporting employees at all organizational levels
• Hands-on experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and case management tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service accuracy
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on employee experience and support
