Responsibilities:

This position will be located at 55 Water Street – In Office (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Review resumes and conduct screening of candidates.
• Track candidate status and update applicant tracking systems.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with general recruitment related administrative task
• Organizes and hosts virtual recruitment fairs and events

Preferred skills

• Experience using an applicant tracking system
• Prior experience in a recruiting (1-3 years of experience in a recruitment capacity)
• Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
• Health-care recruitment experience preferred
