Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a HVAC Senior Maintenance Technician Position type: Fulltime Duration: Permanent Location: Hoover, AL As a HVAC Sr Maintenance Technician you will: The Senior Maintenance Technician position installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains building equipment and structures according to safety, preventive and predictive procedures and processes to support the achievement of the business goals and objectives. Senior Maintenance technicians are required to read and comprehend blueprints, service manuals, operations manuals and applicable code books. Senior Maintenance Technicians will also supervise Maintenance Technicians as needed on Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Special Projects. Senior Maintenance technicians will utilize computers to answer emails, input payroll information, take online training, work with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), research work related information on the internet and use smart phone/device for keying/logging time and utilizing facility Work Order system. The ideal candidate will have:High School Diploma or equivalent ESCO Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certified Universal Refrigerant Qualification, Electrician’s License, Plumbing License, or in lieu of certification and license, 7 years’ of relevant facilities experience performing electrical, plumbing HVAC or construction work Five years of experience in commercial or industrial facilities maintenance Experience in troubleshooting and repair of equipment Experience using hand tools and power equipment Experience in commercial or industrial facilities maintenance Valid government issued driver’s license and driving record clear of offenses Willingness to work in confined spaces and/or on elevated platforms and ladders Must be able to lift boxes and or equipment weighing 50 lbs. Knowledge of building codes (electrical, plumbing, Heating/Ventilating & Air Conditioning [HVAC], and building) License, Degree or certificate from technical college or Trade School preferred Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration! PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
