**Job Title: 1st/2nd Shift Assembler**
**Job Description**
The Assembler is responsible for fulfilling customer orders by testing, assembling components, and packaging them into completed plumbing faucets and fixtures. This role requires attention to detail and precision in all assembly activities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble plumbing systems and fixtures, including spouts, valves, and showerheads.
+ Inspect finished components during assembly to ensure they conform to quality standards.
+ Follow instructions and locate parts on Pick Tickets.
+ Notify the team leader of quality variances and parts shortages.
+ Operate hand tools efficiently.
+ Acquire parts efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of part is obtained for assembly or final packaging.
+ Read and count accurately, perform simple math, and write legibly.
+ Use manual, electric, and air-powered hand tools.
+ Apply adhesives and lubricants as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6 months of Assembly experience
+ High School Diploma or G.E.D.
+ Ability to communicate discrepancies to the team leader, solve problems, and implement solutions.
+ Ability to follow instructions with precision.
+ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and persistence.
+ Physical ability to lift 1-15 lbs frequently and up to 40 lbs occasionally.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with assembly tools and hand tools.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
