Responsibilities
  • Sell and Solicit/Provide information about insurance products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products

  • Present and explain policy options clearly and persuasively

  • Develop, maintain and improve knowledge base of the evolving products and services

  • Follow up on leads, referrals, and networking opportunities with our lead management systems

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and daily performance goals

  • Maintain accurate records and handle client inquiries professionally

  • Follow our proven sales process in every sales interaction

  • Assist other team members as necessary

Requirements
  • No Experience Required
  • Highly motivated and results-driven personality

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills a true people person

  • Confidence in sales and ability to overcome objections

  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently

  • Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required

  • Must be willing to obtain necessary insurance licensing
