Job Description

Beacon Hill Legal seeks an attorney with familiarity in broker-dealer, investment adviser, insurance, and/or banking regulations for a contract Assistant General Counsel position with a notable association in Washington, DC!

This contract is anticipated to last 3-4 months and will adhere to a hybrid model with 3 days onsite.

Qualifications:

• Must be barred in DC (active/ in good standing) or eligible to waive into DC.
• 2+ years of experience as a litigation and/or regulatory attorney, representing financial services clients.
• Working knowledge of broker-dealer, investment adviser, insurance, and banking regulations (and regulators) is strongly preferred.
• Must display strong legal research, analytical, critical thinking, writing and communication skills.
