We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Internal Communications Manager to lead and execute internal initiatives and strategies that inform, engage and inspire our global business. In this role, you will play an important role in how shaping how strategic information flows within the organization – ensuring employees are aligned with strategy, connected to leadership, and engaged in our mission to make a safer, secure and trusted digital world. This is a highly collaborative role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution coupled with knowledge of internal communications tools. You’ll work closely with executives, communications and marketing teams to ensure communications are consistent, timely, and aligned across the business. Key Areas of Responsibility include developing and executing internal communications strategies that align with company goals, mission, and values; owning the voice of internal communications to ensure consistency, clarity, and tone across channels; acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on communication best practices; partnering with executive leadership to craft communications around strategic initiatives, product updates, change management, and company milestones; creating and managing content for internal communications platforms (intranet, newsletters, Slack, email, town halls, etc.); coordinating and supporting all-hands meetings; collaborating with external communications and marketing teams to ensure alignment of internal and external narratives; monitoring employee feedback and communications effectiveness and applying insights to refine messaging. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field; 5+ years of internal communications experience, preferably within a cybersecurity or technology industry; excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone and audience; proficiency with digital communications tools such as Slack, SharePoint, Teams or similar platforms; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; experience supporting leadership and organizational communications as well as culture-building initiatives. Travel requirement is 10%. The position requires successfully completing a post-offer background check.
