Fast paced Exposition, Convention and Conference Center seeks a skilled, experienced Electrician of at least the Journeyman level. Electrician will be responsible for all electrical services for exhibitors, including temporary wiring of exhibits and displays as well as general wiring and electrical services for facility operations. Responsible for other utility services within the facility, including water line hook-ups, internet hook-ups, air compressor hook-ups, as directed by customer orders. Flexible schedule based on Facility's shows. *Required Skills:* * Applicants must be licensed within the State of Michigan, of at least a Journeyman level. * Licensed Master Electrician preferred. * Ability to communicate professionally with exhibitors, promoters, employees, and customers of the facility. * Ability to direct a small and capable crew. * Some proficiency with computers, email and ability to learn facility's event booking software. * Having access to or availability to own tools will be a plus.
