As a Financial Specialist at Baubap, you will work at the heart of strategic decision-making. You will develop financial models, analyze key metrics, assist in due diligence, and turn complex data into actionable insights that help shape the future of a high-growth fintech. From equity raises and structure debt analysis to portfolio growth and profitability, your work will directly impact how we scale and optimize.

The expected outcomes:

• Deliver financial insights that support growth, sustainability, and funding strategies
• Ensure our financial models reflect the complexity and ambition of our business
• Help us maintain a rigorous, data-informed decision-making culture
• Support our fundraising, lender negotiations, and internal performance reviews.

The day to day tasks:

• Build, maintain, and improve Financial Models
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to guide key decisions
• Translate complex results into clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc strategic projects.
• Assist with general accounting and administrative operations.
• Present analysis to finance leadership and cross-functional teams

Why You should apply:

• You bring 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Fintech.
• You possess strong knowledge of Financial Statements andMexican financial laws.
• You have advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in SQL or other data tools is a strong plus.
