BASE SALARY: $60,000 to $70,000 per year, paid semi-monthly

MUST HAVE:

  • Experience in SMS marketing platforms such as Attentive, Postscript, or Klaviyo with a proven ability to build, deploy, and optimize SMS campaigns
  • Understanding of key direct response metrics: CTR, conversion rate, ROI/margin; data-driven mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution and QA skills across multiple messages, offers, and flows
  • Creative thinker with the ability to test, iterate, and learn from results quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative, coachable, and ready to work on-site at our HQ in Delray Beach, FL

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or SMS campaign execution in a performance-driven or eCommerce setting

YOUR ROLE

Increase revenue and margin by managing and optimizing SMS and push messaging campaigns across high-impact brands, driving measurable results through performance-focused experimentation.

Outcomes (Performance Expectations)

  • Own end-to-end execution of SMS and push messaging campaigns across BlissXO, SmarterAuto, and Prizes & Games, ensuring flawless QA and on-time delivery
  • Audit and enhance onboarding flows to improve user engagement and conversion across SMS brands
  • Grow performance metrics across all managed channels through data-backed experimentation and iteration
  • Deliver clear, actionable performance reporting for campaigns and flows, including CTR, revenue, unsubscribe rate, and margin
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing and documentation of best practices across the Messaging team
  • Execution Excellence: Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and rigorous attention to detail across campaigns
  • Analytical Thinking: Makes decisions rooted in performance data and ROI; seeks out insights from A/B testing and audience behavior
  • Collaboration & Communication: Operates as part of a highly collaborative team, proactively communicates and supports peers
  • Curiosity & Growth: Demonstrates interest in digital marketing trends and a drive to continuously improve messaging strategies
  • Sense of Urgency: Understands the time-sensitive nature of direct response and works quickly without sacrificing accuracy

TOTAL COMPENSATION

Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
